To access your details enter your email address and your password. Once you have entered these details click on "Ok" to complete the logon process.

Forgotten Password

Locked Account

If you have entered an invalid password 3 times and your account has been locked, please email classicawards@intertrustgroup.com. Your details will be checked against our records to ensure it is valid. Your plan administrator will then confirm by an email once the account is unlocked.

How do I navigate around the pages?

To access information you should click your mouse on your selection from the menu at the top of each page. The selected details will then display for you.

How can I see what is at the bottom of the page?

If you can’t see some of the information at the bottom of the page you can use the scroll bar on the right hand side of the page. To make it work you will need to move your mouse over to the scroll bar and move the bar up or down to view the text. Alternatively, you can click on the up/down arrows on the scroll bar or your keyboard to view the text line by line.

How do I exit Intertrust Classic Awards?

You can exit the online portal by clicking on the "Close" button or the cross in the top right hand corner of the screen. Once you have logged in you should always click on the "Log Out" link before closing your browser.

How do I send an e-mail?

If you would like to send an e-mail to your scheme administrator click your mouse on the email link provided within the members area.

How do I print a page?

To print a page, simply select your browsers print option.

What should I do if I make a mistake?

If you make a mistake whilst inputting your details you can use the delete key on your keyboard to remove unwanted text.

If you have input revised details and then realise you have made an incorrect request, you can still cancel this by clicking on the email link at the bottom of this page. This opens a blank e-mail addressed to your scheme administrator and can be used to make non-standard requests or to cancel requests made in error.
